Job Description:

1. Representing and raising awareness of our client in a professional way
2. Introduce and explain about the product / services in details
3. Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include cold callings, attending sales launches / roadshows, referrals & enquiries etc.
4. Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
5. Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service.
6. Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
7. To ensure high standard of sales and service levels as required by banks standard by providing excellent customer engagement and experience journey.
8. Basic sales & professional product training will be provided
9. Sales experience preferred

Job requirement:

• Able to start work immediately
• Experience candidates at least 1 year of experience in sales related industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome to APPLY
• Minimum a diploma. Degree would be added advantage.
• Financial Industry sales experience will be an advantage.
  
• Sales experience in Credit Cards, Personal Loans or other bank products.
  
• Experience in a direct sales environment would be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets
• Great team player
• Must willing to travel

Other Details

• Professional training & career progression provided
• Basic RM2,800 (Depends on Experience) +commission + Gross salary up to RM4,000- RM10,000+
• Rotational shift (Day shift, afternoon Shift), 6 Days working + OT
• 10am-7pm or 1pm-10pm 9hours
