Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Crime Compliance to lead practical guidance on sanctions, AML and regulatory requirements. The role supports the FCRM framework and governance, partnering with Booking Holdings teams across APAC.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Compliance and is Bangkok-based with relocation support. Remote work is not available, and the candidate will engage with multiple stakeholders across brands and functions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in financial crime compliance, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Experience advising on sanctions, AML, customer or business due diligence and/or transaction monitoring.
• Experience implementing or enhancing a financial crime compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical advice on financial crime matters, including sanctions, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain FinCrime policies, procedures and processes with the Booking Holdings FinCrime team.
• Support design, implementation and governance of FCRM controls across Agoda’s business and payment activities.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable policies and operating processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, tech, operations and external counsel.
• Support risk assessments, remediation initiatives and governance arrangements.
• Provide oversight of outsourced operations and external partners.
