The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field and at least two years in a customer-facing banking or financial services role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within banking or financial services.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised financial advice and tailored solutions to customers.
• Identify customer needs proactively and cross-sell bancassurance products.
