Job description

Job Summary

Provide support to the sales and distribution teams for activities under Sales Operations. Ensure accurate data to monitor and improve sales performance, meet compliance and governance standards, and facilitate effective communication between field and internal teams to deliver high customer service levels.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop, improve, produce, and distribute management information, including ad hoc requests, ensuring accuracy.
  2. Support distributor remuneration, sales initiatives, networks, events, and systems.
  3. Assist in research and analysis for potential business development opportunities.
  4. Prepare documentation to support project implementation, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  5. Manage operational customer/distributor activities, ensuring high-quality service.
  6. Assist customers with inquiries about products and services.
  7. Review and report on governance and compliance requirements.

Business Accountabilities

  1. Prepare reports to support sales activities and project implementation.
  2. Conduct due diligence on transactions to assess risk in compliance with regulations.
  3. Collaborate with local sales and distribution teams to ensure ongoing sales performance.
  4. Analyze customer and distributor data using pre-determined tools and methods.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  6. Provide advisory support to internal clients, ensuring alignment between policy and practice.
  7. Support capability development activities focused on customer and distributor insights, segmentation, and sales tools.
  8. Monitor and review financial information for discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
