These sales personnel are responsible to deliver sales target for deposit, bancassurance, unit trust and lending products by building a long-term relationship with clients and cross-selling them our products and services. Job Descriptions
  • Delivers sales target for bancassurance products
  • Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations
  • Builds and maintains business relationship with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Attends customers' enquiry on branch products and services and feedback
  • Participates and organizes initiatives and drives to promote Life Insurance Products distributed by the Bank
Qualifications
  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience in Financial Institutions.
  • A person who enjoys meeting people and loves engaging in conversations.
  • Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to achieve personal goals and aspirations.
  • Candidate with PCEIA Life / CEILLI / TBE would be an added advantage.
