Responsibilities

• Conduct routine baking tests and competitor flour tests.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Job description

To conduct routine baking tests according to the testing plan to ensure the flour produced has been tested and the quality meets the desired standard.

To conduct competitor flour tests on a monthly basis according to the established plan as assigned by superior.

To conduct complaint flour and flour/product development tests as assigned by superior.

To conduct product demonstrations upon flour technical training or technical service as assigned by superior.

To ensure that quality defects, equipment defects, and other issues or problems are reported promptly through feedback and frequent communication with superiors.

To maintain proper recording, reporting, and filing of test results and other documents daily to ensure the department's documentation system is organized and maintained.

To manage and perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks to ensure the working environment complies with 5S standards.

To comply with HALAL/ISO 22000 requirements and support or participate in related activities.

To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time.
