RT Pastry Holdings Berhad is hiring a Sales Assistant for Setia Alam to greet customers, assist in selecting baked goods, and provide product information. You will handle packing, displays, restocking, and ensure accurate payments while maintaining a clean outlet environment.

The role requires flexibility for shift hours, weekends, and public holidays as part of our busy bakery outlets. Training will cover promotions and product knowledge to deliver strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic product knowledge of baked goods and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them select baked goods.
• Respond to customer questions with product information and promotions.
• Pack products, arrange displays, restock, and monitor expiry dates.
• Take orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
