Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the bakery outlet and ensure smooth store performance.
• Lead, supervise and train outlet staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, product quality and daily inventory.
• Ensure all bakery products are prepared, displayed and handled according to company standards.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Handle cashiering, opening/closing procedures and daily operational reports.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and manpower requirements.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
