  • Ensure all products meet established quality and freshness standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels, manage orders, and minimize waste effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the bakery area.
  • Supervise and train bakery associates to uphold best practices in baking and food safety.
  • Plan and manage the production schedule for the bakery team, ensuring timely preparation of items.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries related to bakery products.

Job Requirements;

  • Diploma or certification in Baking, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of practical baking experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and recipes for bread, pastries, and cakes.
