• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.

• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of baked products.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area, following food safety regulations.

• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.

• Experiment with new recipes and assist in menu development.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth bakery operations.

Requirements:
