Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Add expected salary to your profile for insights.
2. Set backroom layout for Food line, Soft line & Hardline to ensure easy arrangement for Grocery, Non-Food, and Non-Replenishment items.
3. Inventory Management:

• Maintain backroom inventory ratio of 30:70.
• Monitor excess inventory in backroom.
• Advise DC on store deliveries during peak seasons.
• Monitor Concess & Outright Inventory for GMS.

Special Tasks:

• Ensure PA Zero process is properly completed by line staff.
• Ensure return processes are followed accordingly.
• Advise line on unused fixtures in the backroom.
• Assist line for H3 audit implementation.

Undertake other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Possess an attractive personality and good communication skills.
• Have a strong interest in retail.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
