Job summary

Qualifications

• Holder of valid heavy machinery driving licence.
• Possess a valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification.
• At least 3 years of proven experience operating backhoes and tractors on construction sites.
• Possess a CIDB card.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements and construction site procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent spatial awareness, coordination, and precision when operating heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including backhoes, to complete construction projects.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure that equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.
• Collaborate with other team members, including construction workers and engineers, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret plans and blueprints to ensure that projects are completed accurately.
• Willing to travel & traveling to different sites when necessary.
