Job Description

• Design and develop robust software applications for back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application development and deployment.
• Continually update technical knowledge and skills by researching new technologies and software products.
• Implement data security and protection protocols.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Back-End Developer should have:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot (Min. 5 years) or Golang.
• Strong background in implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g Azure DevOps).
• Practical experience with system monitoring and alerting tools.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in Cloud Services (e.g AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in leadership - either project delivery or team lead
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
