As a B2B Solution Analyst, you will be part of the Client’s B2B team responsible for enabling seamless data exchange between the client and its external trading partners. Your focus will be on integrating through traditional B2B technologies (EDI, RNET, Flat File) and modern API/WebServices to support secure, real-time collaboration. You will play a key role in improving Client’s supply chain efficiency by translating business needs into technical solutions, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring scalable integration strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical or process specifications.
2. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical/project teams.
3. Understand and communicate B2B integration standards (e.g., message formats, transaction flows) and Client’s implementation with trading partners.
4. Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external teams.
5. Design and configure B2B solutions using agile methodologies.
6. Collaborate with Client’s teams, cloud/SaaS solution providers, and trading partners to test and implement new capabilities.
7. Develop and document use cases, customer scenarios, demos, and testing protocols.
8. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes through technology.
9. Provide post-implementation support, assist with stabilization efforts, and manage production escalations as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in B2B solution delivery or business analysis.
3. Practical knowledge of B2B technologies such as EDI (X12, EDIFACT), RNET, or Flat File formats.
4. Familiarity with APIs and WebServices (REST, SOAP) for integration.
5. Strong knowledge of supply chain or procurement processes as they relate to B2B transactions.
6. Experience working with trading partners on onboarding, testing, and go-live support.
7. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
8. Experience working in agile development environments.
9. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
10. Knowledge of data security and compliance in external data exchange.
