We're Hiring: Sales & Operations Executive

Based in Puchong | Full-Time | Immediate Hiring

Duroclean Sdn Bhd, part of the DUROMAC Group, is Malaysia’s leading provider of road sweeping and industrial cleaning solutions. We are expanding our fleet-based sweeping services and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operation Executive to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell road sweeping services using our fleet of modern road sweeper trucks.
  • Conduct site visits, assess project scope, and prepare customized quotations for clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the municipal, construction, Highway Operator, Township, and industrial sectors.
  • Handle end-to-end operations, including service delivery planning and basic project coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., contractors, councils, property developers).
  • Travel across regions as required to close deals and supervise deployments.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in rental services, cleaning equipment, or construction solutions.
  • Must be comfortable with site visits and outstation travel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to thrive with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in equipment rental, municipal contracts, or industrial services will be an added advantage.
