Job description

What You'll Be Doing:

Drive B2B sales across your assigned territory – set and exceed revenue targets.
Build strategic partnerships with contractors, developers, cleaning contractors and etc.
Lead project-based equipment sales – from proposal to delivery.
Promote DUROMAC’s portfolio, including sweepers, scrubbers, vacuum trucks, and cleaning robotics.
Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through site visits, cold calls, and tender monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs
Analyze sales data and competitor movements to stay ahead of market trends.

Who We’re Looking For:
1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in B2B or industrial sales (cleaning, construction, MHE, machinery, or related industries).
3. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
4. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for site visits and demos.
5. Familiarity with the forklift industry, Construction, MHE, Facility Management and its competitive landscape is preferred
