Lenovo is seeking fresh graduates for a TPA position to build global B2B systems supporting marketing, channel sales, and rebate management. You will work with China-based R&D teams, own end-to-end product delivery, and help create enterprise-level systems used worldwide.

Ideal candidates have a passion for product thinking, AI-driven solutions, and excellent English communication. This role offers growth in a fast-paced global tech environment and collaboration across multiple functions.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
Graduated from Malaysia’s Top 5 universities; graduates from Malaysia’s top-tier flagship universities are highly preferred.
Majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or other related engineering fields.
Excellent English communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Mansioni

Assist in end-to-end product planning and refine requirements for marketing, channel sales, and rebate-related systems.
Design clear, practical product solutions to meet business and user needs and enhance product competitiveness.
Deeply understand user scenarios and business pain points, supporting UI/UX and functional optimization.
Track industry and competitor trends to drive continuous product innovation.
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, requirement, development to launch.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Cooperate closely with business, DT, design, development, testing, and data integration teams.
Promote alignment, clarify priorities, and drive efficient product delivery.
Clearly translate business needs into product requirements and explain logic to engineering teams.
Ensure development output is consistent with product design and user expectations.
Support user training, UAT, and user feedback collection.
Continuously optimize products based on data, user feedback, and business changes.
