Job summary

Lenovo in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Project Support professional to help deliver projects, assist in digital solutions deployment, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions. The role covers operations of supply chain apps, monitoring performance, and AI-enabled optimization.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate challenges into AI-driven outcomes, maintain documentation, and stay current with AI and digital technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of supply chain and logistics projects across different business functions.
• Assist in the implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and operational teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities.
• Support daily operations and maintenance of supply chain-related applications and platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for incident resolution.
• Ensure stable operation of business-critical systems and services.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, user guides, and knowledge repositories.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to optimize existing supply chain and logistics processes.
• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying AI-driven solutions, automation tools, and intelligent workflows.
• Utilize modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation platforms to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze business challenges and translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes and measurable value.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across regions and cultures.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives and contribute innovative ideas.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging AI, supply chain, and digital technologies.
