Job summary

Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia seeks an Analytics Architect to lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise data and analytics platforms in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive data integration, BI development, and cloud-based analytics, ensuring scalable, reliable solutions aligned with strategy and governance.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 7+ years in BI/data warehousing, strong SQL, and experience with Azure PaaS, ADF, Power BI, and SSAS.）

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in BI / data warehouse / analytics development.
Experience across end-to-end BI or data warehouse lifecycle.
Strong knowledge in data modelling and analytics solution implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities

Delivering data warehouse, analytics, and business intelligence solutions across the full lifecycle.
Supporting solution architecture and translating approved designs into implementable components.
Designing and developing data pipelines using ADF and related tools.
Building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools.
Enhancing data models and system performance for scalable data solutions.
Leading cross-functional teams and managing delivery timelines and risks.
Ensuring coding standards, version control, and DevOps practices.
Supporting testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT) and quality assurance.
Providing technical guidance to the team.
