Job summary

LAVU TECH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a senior technology consultant to engage senior stakeholders, assess AI readiness, and develop adoption roadmaps.

You will lead the design of enterprise AI foundations, including AI data layer, vector stores, prompt engineering, semantic search, governance, and LLMops foundations, with Azure AI Foundry experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership and experience with banks or financial institutions, onshore-offshore teams, and strong program management.

Qualifications

• 10 years of technology, consulting, architecture or solution delivery experience.
• 3 years delivering enterprise AI GenAI initiatives.
• Experience working in a consulting system integration or solution provider.
• Experience delivering technology programs for banks or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore teams to design, deliver and execute.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Experience leading banking organizations toward enterprise AI adoption is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior stakeholders to assess AI readiness and develop adoption roadmaps.
• Lead design and implementation of enterprise AI foundation capabilities.
• Design reusable patterns to support AI-driven chatbots and KYC onboarding solutions.
• Serve as SME for Azure native services to drive Agentic AI adoption.
