Job summary

FWD Group seeks an AWS SysOps Administrator to manage and optimize AWS resources within the Global Cloud Centre of Excellence. You will oversee CloudWatch monitoring, VPCs, and multi-tier architectures while driving automation, security, and cost controls.

The role requires 5+ years of IT experience, a relevant degree, and hands‑on AWS/EKS expertise. You will collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, compliant cloud services and successful migrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Relevant degree or diploma.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services and EKS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AWS resources health and utilization with CloudWatch.
• Manage AWS lifecycle, provisioning, automation and security.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automate day-to-day tasks.
• Migrate on‑prem infrastructure to AWS and establish on‑prem to cloud connections.
• Coordinate with network team for VPCs, proxies, Bastion hosts and gateways.
• Implement cost optimization and budgeting governance.
