Job Description

VIP Guest Services:

  • Supervise VIP services, ensuring top-notch experiences with special access to attractions, dining, and events.
  • Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot any concerns.


Virtual Queue Management:
  • Manage virtual queue systems to streamline guest movement and reduce wait times.
  • Evaluate data to improve operational efficiency and work with teams to enhance the technology


Event Planning and Execution:







  • Plan and execute special events, coordinating logistics and managing budgets.


Team Leadership:
  • Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.


Guest Feedback and Improvement:
  • Collect feedback and implement improvements based on guest insights.


Collaboration and Communication:
  • Align VIP and event strategies with park goals, collaborating with IT and vendors.
  • Maintain clear communication with guests and team members.


Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates for management review


The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or Business Management.
  • Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a theme park ticketing environment is necessary.
  • Experience in theme parks, water parks, F.E.C.s, or museums is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
