Impact Integrated in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Vice President, Public Relations & Communications to lead corporate communications across the group. You will write, edit and review content, manage annual reports and other corporate publications, and lead PR/media relations, executive communications, stakeholder engagement and brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, Marketing, English or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, media, content development or related areas.
• Strong writing, editing, media relations, brand management and digital communications skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and engage effectively with Management, Government, media and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate communications across Impact Integrated and its portfolio of brands.
• Write, edit and review corporate content for various communication channels.
• Manage the development of Annual Reports, Impact Reports and other corporate publications.
• Develop clear and engaging corporate stories while ensuring consistent and accurate messaging.
• Lead PR and media relations activities to strengthen the Company's visibility and reputation.
• Build media relationships and secure relevant publicity and media opportunities.
• Prepare PR materials and coordinate media enquiries, interviews and engagements.
• Monitor media coverage and manage communications for emerging issues, reputational matters and crises.
• Lead strategic communications and profiling initiatives for the CEO and Management.
• Prepare speeches, talking points, key messages, articles and briefing materials.
• Identify suitable media, speaking and thought-leadership opportunities for the CEO.
• Manage and monitor the CEO's professional presence and communications across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate communications and publicity matters with government agencies and key stakeholders.
• Draft and review official correspondence, reports, statements and briefing materials.
• Support communications requirements for Government programmes, initiatives and engagements.
• Ensure stakeholder communications are accurate, timely and aligned with Company and Government requirements.
• Plan and manage corporate content for the Company's website, social media and digital channels.
• Maintain content plans and ensure digital content is current, accurate and aligned with Company messaging.
• Work with Creative & Digital teams to develop visual and multimedia communication materials.
• Monitor content performance and maintain proper records of corporate communications and media assets.
• Manage internal communications, including employee announcements, newsletters, Management messages and Townhall materials.
• Work with HR and relevant teams to support employee engagement and Company-wide communications.
• Maintain communication standards, plans and governance to ensure clear, consistent and compliant messaging.
• Monitor and report communication and PR performance, while managing relevant records, budgets, vendors and service providers.
• Manage the Company's corporate brand identity and ensure consistent use of brand guidelines, messaging and visual standards.
• Maintain and review corporate templates, branded materials and official brand assets across the Company.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure corporate communications and materials meet approved brand standards.
