The AVP, Project Finance will primarily be tasked with the strategic financial planning of projects, as well as monitoring and controlling project expenses. The position requires a strong understanding of finance and accounting in the property industry.

• Oversee the financial aspects of development project planning and execution.

• Maintain full sets of accounts and oversee month-end and year-end closing submissions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Profile

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in project finance within the property industry.
• Experience in financial modeling, budgeting and cost control for projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
