Your New Company

Amongst one of the most internally recognised Malaysian based companies, our client is an established hospitality and tourism provider with major establishments in major countries. As part of their regional business expansion, the company is looking to grow their legal team based in Malaysia.

Your New Role

Reporting to the VP Legal, you’ll be ensuring the company’s business units and its subsidiaries are in compliance with governing laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include assessing and improving compliance programmes, providing expert advice and guidance on laws and regulations, conducting training and regular reviews, and assisting on legal perspectives.

What you’ll need to succeed

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

1. Min 9 years’ experience
2. Strong foundation in contract reviewing, drafting & AMLA
3. Prior exposure in different industries
4. Experience managing juniors
