AVP - Finance & Accounting Operation

Salary: RM25,000
Location: Bandar Sunway, Selangor

Key assessment points

• Able to speak Madarin fluently
• Must have at least 10 years of F&A operations experience
• Must have professional cert like ACCA etc, with Accounting Degree
• Team management of size 20-30 and above will be good to have
• Must be strong in stakeholder management
• Experience is SSC, audit or BPO is most ideal
• Experience in project experience in change management, Digital transformation for F&A Domain will be advantage
• Define best practice for service requirements, key performance indicators (KPI), service level agreements (SLA), organization level agreements (OLA) or other metrics.
• Normal work week (Hybrid)
