Job PurposeManaging the relationship with various GEGM business channels stakeholders and ensuring alignment with O&T business operations. Acting as the Go-To-Person, liaison between the Business Solutioning department, Group IT, and various internal LOB stakeholders on all system/application related matters. Managing and implementing major/minor change requests (RSA) enhancements for all systems and applications related to GEGM. Responsible for solution design & delivery, driving evaluation, selection, design, and delivery of reliable, scalable, & cost-effective solutions in line with company standards and best practices.
The Job
- Proactively engage with relevant business stakeholders to better understand commercial processes and formulate effective solution strategies.
- Provide change management governance, ensure solid business cases for change requests, and preserve solution integrity aligned with the underlying solution architecture.
- Serve as the overall project owner, ensuring successful execution within budget and timeline, aligned with business strategy and global IT standards.
- Work independently and flexibly, managing and prioritizing workload proactively.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels, representing O&T department, and maintaining responsiveness, politeness, and efficiency.
- Consider business and regulatory compliance risks, taking appropriate mitigation steps.
- Stay informed about industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand risks and safeguard the company.
- Highlight potential concerns/risks and share best risk management practices proactively.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Management role.
