Job summary

OCBC Malaysia seeks analysts for Branch Transformation, Performance & Data Management and Analytics Capability Engineering. You will contribute to branch reporting, build dashboards in Power BI, and ensure data accuracy across teams.

You will develop data pipelines, manage access to reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support campaigns and performance metrics. Strong communication and multi-project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting, sales performance analysis, or analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau, plus PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools is a plus.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outputs under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:
