Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan WOBB Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to join a dynamic Group IT team in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan, design, execute, and report testing across web, mobile, and backend systems for aviation-related digital products and enterprise applications.

The role involves collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and Vendors, with a focus on quality assurance, defect management, and continuous automation improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 5–6 years of Software QA or Testing experience.
• Hands-on mobile app testing (Mandatory).
• Hands-on backend/API testing using Postman or similar tools (Mandatory).
• Experience with validating integrated APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and agile/waterfall environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
• Collaborate with PMs, Developers, Business Users, and Vendors to define scope.
• Design detailed test scenarios based on project requirements.
• Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution.
• Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
