Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an MSL Executive to set up and manage aircraft parts store, tooling area, and consumables inventory in a aviation environment. You will ensure traceability, documentation, and stock integrity to support maintenance operations.

The role requires at least 2 years in aviation materials, stores or logistics, familiarity with Form 1, EASA/FAA docs, and strong data management skills. Based in Shah Alam, the position offers an on-site workplace and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation materials, logistics, or store operations.
• Experience in aviation materials management, stores, or logistics (Part 145 or CAMO environment preferred).
• Good knowledge of aircraft parts traceability, certification (Form 1), and inventory systems.
• Familiar with aviation documentation such as EASA Form 1, ARC, or FAA 8130-3.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage aircraft parts store, tooling area, and consumables inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and manage parts according to aviation regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, bonded, and quarantine items.
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts ordering and replenishment.
• Maintain stock records, shelf-life tracking, and tooling calibration records.
• Support engineers and maintenance planners with parts/tool availability.
• Handle documentation for parts issuance, returns, and disposal.
