Job description

Established in 2016, Carsuka Automotive has evolved from a start-up in automotive parts listing to an automotive-focused e-commerce enabler and distributor.

Today, Carsuka Automotive is the leading online distributor of automotive brands in various categories including car batteries, car care products, engine lubricants, wipers, and other automotive accessories and parts.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and replace automotive batteries or worn parts for incoming customers.
• Identify vehicle issues or malfunctions.
• Document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM / Vocational / Automotive Engineering Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Point-of-Sales (PoS).
• Proficiency in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in automotive servicing is an advantage.
• Self-driven and willing to learn.
