About the role

Pusat Servis Tayar Joo Huat' is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a fulltime Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring our customers' vehicles are serviced to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on customer vehicles

Diagnose and repair a range of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension and electrical

Follow established procedures and safety protocols to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs

Provide excellent customer service, communicating technical information in an easy-to-understand manner

Maintain detailed records of all work completed

What we're looking for

A recognised qualification in automotive technology or a related field

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably in a workshop environment

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics

Proficient in the use of automotive repair tools and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
