Job summary

NexV Synergy Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan seeks a maintenance technician to carry out day-to-day operation and ensure automotive production lines and machinery are always in good condition and running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot, repair and service all types of automotive equipment, monitor spare parts, practice safety requirements, and report to supervision to enable timely corrective actions. Working under pressure in a technical environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance
• Ability to work under high-pressure technical environments
• Strong safety awareness and compliance
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day operation and be responsible for preventive maintenance as required by superior.
• Able to handle challenging and high-pressure technical environment.
• Ensure all automotive production lines and machinery systems are in good condition and running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot, repair and service all types of automotive equipment and machines as per schedule and record data in the checklist.
• Check all types of automotive equipment and machines in process and utilities electrical panels or parts.
• Work closely with superior and supervise or monitor Technician Operators in the section.
• Follow up the Maintenance Request Form and carry out tasks within timeline.
• Keep track, record and ensure spare parts are sufficient.
• Observe and practice safety work requirements and report accidents or incidents to supervisor.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure a safe workplace by recognizing and controlling hazards.
• Report promptly any accidents, incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to enable investigations and corrective actions.
