We have an exciting new role to join our team in Kota Bharu as an Automotive Storekeeper to help us build up our business activities. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience in the same capacity, preferably from the automotive industry.
Must have considerable experience in inventory management, storage, and distribution systems in an auto workshop.
Must be familiar and have basic knowledge of auto spare parts.
Must be computer literate.
Good arithmetical ability with knowledge of both metric and imperial weights.
Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language with a reasonable standard of fluency.
Must have a good general education, probably in accounting or bookkeeping.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operation Manager.
The position is responsible for the receiving and issuing of spare parts, tools, equipment, etc.
Ensure to follow policies and procedures.
Ensures that records are regularly updated and properly maintained.
Carries out monthly physical inventory of stocks under the supervision of the Operation Manager.
