Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare detailed sales reports.

Train, mentor, and coach sales advisors to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.

Handle high-level customer negotiations and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.

Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.
