Responsibilities
- Assist customers with spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate and drive spare parts and service sales by collaborating with internal teams.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries providing detailed product information.
- Process customer orders including generating sales orders and invoices.
- Highlight promotional items and introduce new products to customers.
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate and drive spare parts and service sales by collaborating with internal teams (delivery, purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information on product pricing, availability, photos, and specifications.
- Process customer orders including generating sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices using the company system.
- Highlight promotional items and introduce new products to customers to drive upselling opportunities.
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits and actively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate (Min SPM)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malay, English, and Mandarin proficiency are an advantage.
