Job summary

Arvion Services in Penang seeks a results-driven Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey—from enquiry and selection to test drives, financing, paperwork, and after-sales support.

You will attend to walk-ins and online inquiries, explain options, negotiate within guidelines, and work toward monthly and team targets while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.
• Fresh Diploma graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach to selling.
• Proactive with lead follow-up and outbound sales.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries via online, phone, social media and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain features, condition, pricing, promotions and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey from enquiry and vehicle selection to test drives, financing, documentation, and after-sales support.

We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, confident, customer-focused, and motivated by targets and commission.

What Will You Do:

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain their features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in automotive, used-car, property, retail, banking, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, airline, consumer electronics, or tele-sales role is an advantage.
• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.
• Fresh Diploma graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
