ARVION SERVICES SDN. BHD. in Melaka is seeking an energetic sales associate to handle customer inquiries across walk-in, online, and phone channels. You will understand needs, present vehicles, and arrange test drives while guiding customers through financing options.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets. Fresh diploma holders are welcome, with a base salary and attractive commission in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Diploma graduates welcome to apply.
• Valid Malaysian driving license required; able to conduct test drives.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and respond to enquiries from online, phone, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customers' needs, budget, lifestyle, vehicle preferences, and financing requirements.
• Recommend suitable vehicles and explain features, condition, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads, appointments, and test-drive customers to drive sales conversion.
• Handle objections and negotiate professionally within guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, and digital enquiries.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships for referrals.
• Collaborate with financing, operations, customer service, and other teams to ensure smooth sales process.

What Will You Do:

• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, outbound calls, digital enquiries, and other channels.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system.
• Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with financing, operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• 1-2 years of sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in automotive, used-car, property, retail, banking, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, airline, consumer electronics, or tele-sales role is an advantage.
• Valid Malaysian driving license and comfortable conducting vehicle test drives.
• Fresh Diploma graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach to selling.
• Proactive and comfortable with lead follow-up and outbound sales.
• Resilient and able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM, email, and Microsoft Office.
