Job summary

Adecco Malaysia is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop automotive components and systems, creating precise 3D models and drawings using CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CATIA.

You will conduct feasibility studies, support material and manufacturing process selection, and plan and execute tests to validate performance, durability and safety while collaborating with cross-functional teams on prototypes and product implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong interest in automotive engineering and product development.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks or CATIA.
• Exposure to FEA and CFD.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
• Internship or project experience in automotive, manufacturing, or product design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for automotive products.
• Create 3D models, drawings, and documentation using CAD tools.
