Job summary

Techstreet Malaysia is seeking an experienced R&D Software Engineer to lead embedded software initiatives for automotive systems. You will develop firmware, drivers, and participate in board bring-up, peripheral initialization, and interface coding on embedded platforms.

The role emphasizes automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262 and MISRA, collaboration with hardware and software teams, and opportunities to optimize performance and documentation across lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software or embedded systems development experience.
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with debugging and testing tools.
• Familiarity with Git or SVN.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434 is an advantage.
