Job summary

MBF AUTOMOBILE SDN BHD is seeking a Content Creator/New Media to join our Marketing & Communications team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role builds and maintains our digital presence across platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and supports brand objectives.

You will develop multimedia content, manage content calendars, and collaborate with marketing, design and communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or new media, ideally in automotive or consumer-focused industry.
• Strong proficiency in CMS and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Excellent writing with adaptable tone for different platforms and audiences.
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for visual design and multimedia production.
• Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from content performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging content across digital platforms including social media, blogs, videos, and multimedia to drive brand awareness.
• Create compelling visual and written content aligning with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage content calendars for consistent and timely publication across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
• Monitor content performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Engage with online communities and manage conversations across social media to foster brand loyalty.
• Produce multimedia content including photography, videography, infographics, and animations where applicable.
• Support development of content strategies for new campaigns and product launches.
• Stay updated with emerging digital trends, platforms, and tools to keep content fresh.
