Job summary

ARRK Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a test engineer for automotive hardware and software validation in Petaling Jaya. You will perform manual and automated testing on vehicle functions, fault analysis, and develop test cases in collaboration with international development teams.

The role offers hands-on experience with advanced test benches, documentation of results, and opportunities to contribute to high-quality vehicle solutions in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Automotive Engineering.
• Experience in automotive testing and fault analysis desirable.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute testing for customer-specific vehicle functions.
• Perform manual and automated tests on benches and validation platforms.
• Maintain, upgrade, and optimize test benches, hardware and software.
• Document, evaluate, and report test results and defects.
• Create weekly defect analyses and status reports.
• Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain test cases per evolving requirements.
• Verify and validate vehicle functions against quality standards.
• Improve testing methodologies and coverage.
