Bhd. as an After-Sales Service Manager, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction, enhance team performance, and fuel business growth.

We’re looking for someone with not just experience, but also vision and strong leadership—a professional ready to take full ownership of our after-sales operations and set a new benchmark for service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage the after-sales service team (technicians, advisors, etc.) to achieve performance goals
  • Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Address customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor and improve key service KPIs (WIP, productivity, efficiency, CSI)
  • Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with Parts and Warranty departments for seamless workflow
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, and manufacturer standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales or service operations
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of warranty policies, service processes, and Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Proven track record in handling customer complaints and improving service KPIs
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
