Job summary

STMicroelectronics Malaysia seeks a motivated individual to help renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process, and to manage vendor collaboration for recruitment from A to Z. You will support automation engineers in daily operations of factory equipment, collaborate across teams to integrate solutions, and monitor performance for continuous improvements.

Fresh graduates are encouraged. Proficiency in Excel and Office, a proactive mindset, and willingness to work shifts are valued traits

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent vocational certification.
• Fresh graduates welcome; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates a proactive, hands-on, and self-driven mindset.
• Willing and able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist automation engineers in day-to-day operation support on factory automation equipment.
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems.

YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

Your Skills & Experiences
