• Testing Programs Development: Develop tests for databases, regression, bugs, and usability.
• Product Design Reviews: Provide input on designs, requirements, and schedules.
• Test Documentation: Ensure test procedures are replicable and compliant with standards.
• Test Planning: Plan tests based on project timelines and scope.
• Historical Analysis: Analyze past test results.
• Collaboration with Field Staff/Customers: Work with field staff/customers to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Collaboration with Developers/Users: Work with developers/users to find and resolve issues.
