Job summary

Centific is seeking a Software Development Engineer (Playwright with C#) to design and implement automated testing strategies for web and desktop apps. You will build, maintain, and advance test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, and push AI-assisted QA initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automation testing for web and desktop apps.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience with Visual Studio, npm, and test libraries like Mocha or Jest.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted automation testing and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement robust automated testing strategies for web and desktop apps.
• Develop and execute automated test cases across functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Support and enhance internal automation tools and test infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom automation tools to improve QA efficiency.
• Leverage AI and ML to automate repetitive QA tasks and improve coverage.
• Analyze automation results with analytics and AI-assisted reporting.
• Stay updated with advancements in automation and AI-enabled QA practices.
