Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in automation engineering and data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Familiarity with SQL and data pipeline/ETL concepts.
• Experience with job scheduling and orchestration tools (Airflow, cron).
• Understanding of data quality principles (validation, deduplication, reconciliation).
• Comfortable working with large datasets across multiple source systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build Workflow Automation: design and implement automated workflows for partner onboarding, contact updates, service renewals, and data lifecycle management.
• Develop Data Pipelines & Integrations: build ETL pipelines that synchronize partner data across internal systems and migrate legacy data.
• Automate Operational Processes: create tools to auto-retrieve relevant partner contacts during incidents and automate escalation workflows.
• Monitor & Report: build dashboards and automated health checks to track data quality and ROI on automation.
