Job description

Are you a dynamic Engineer with a passion for automation and process optimization? Join our team to drive innovation and efficiency!

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Automation Qualification and Implementation:

• Manage glove division backend automation project qualification and implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, mainly engineering, operation, machine vendor, quality, digital transformation and technology to ensure seamless qualification on backend automation machines and processes.
• Develop project schedule, resource plan and cost justification.
• Identify and manage key deliverables and risks associated with new technologies and processes.
• Track schedule, key deliverables, action items, risks and decisions. Addressing issue arises if any.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards while qualifying the machines and processes.

Production Floor Processes Development:

• Integrate and develop the production floor handling processes in according to backend automation technologies with lean methodologies.
• Justify the headcount requirement by technologies and processes.
• Develop the task lists of each position in production floor to ensure high production effectiveness and efficiency.
• Document the handling process flows and task lists.

Backend Automation Operation Guideline Development:

• Develop automation machines operation guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, machine vendor and other related parties in developing basic maintenance and preventive maintenance guidelines.
• Documents automation operation guidelines.

Qualification:

• Possess minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / Mechatronic Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from recognized university/ college.
• Minimum 4 years experiences in handling automation machines and processes, preferably in manufacturing industry.
