We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across Kerry. This role involves working closely with various business units and stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements, and to deliver high-quality automation solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.

• Reporting to: Global Service Operations Manager
• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in day-to-day RPA processes.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed and deployed within the platform.
• Train and mentor junior team members, as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development, UiPath experience preferable.
• Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Experience in creating Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Ability to work collaboratively with various business units and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certified UiPath Developer or equivalent certification in other RPA platforms.
• Previous experience in business analysis or related field.
• Knowledge of programming languages.
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools
