Responsibilities

• Understand overall process end-to-end and provide suggestions on automation and simplification.
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes.
• Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required.
• Refresh, debug and update scheduled operational metric reports through PowerBI and Macro.
